This policy explains the limited circumstances under which a refund will be issued, and it applies to all purchases. By enrolling, you accept these terms.1. Refund Eligibility Window:
All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. The timestamp on your email will determine eligibility. After these 3 days, all sales are final, and no refund will be given for any reason.2. Our Delivery Promise
We promise to deliver the following:Self-paced video course: Immediate access (or access within a clearly communicated timeframe) to all advertised video lessons, downloadable materials, workbooks, and any other on-demand content included in your purchase.Intermittent live sessions: Live sessions held at the dates and times advertised on our sales page, with access links or calendar invitations provided in advance.A refund is only available within the 3‑day window if we fail to deliver the self-paced content (for example, you do not receive access to the course platform or core materials) or if we cancel the course in its entirety without providing a replacement.Important clarification regarding live sessions: Because many live sessions are scheduled to take place after the 3‑day refund window, the fact that a future live session has not yet occurred does not constitute a failure to deliver and is not grounds for a refund. As long as the session schedule has been communicated and the sessions go ahead as planned, that part of our promise is considered fulfilled.3. What Is NOT Considered a Failure to Deliver
The following situations do not qualify for a refund:You change your mind, decide the course isn’t right for you, or no longer need it.You do not watch the self-paced videos or download the materials provided.You do not attend live sessions that are held as scheduled.Live sessions are scheduled for a date outside the 3‑day refund window, the delivery of these sessions is a future obligation, not a broken promise.Technical difficulties caused by your own device, internet connection, or software.Personal schedule changes, illness, or other personal circumstances.Partial consumption, watching only a portion of the self-paced content does not change this policy.4. How to Request a Refund
